Just what is a Highlight Montage and how is it different from running footage? Tim's 'montages' are artistic recaps or highlight reels of the best moments from your day-- depicted with beautiful effects and transitions over the music of your choice.

Whereas the 'running footage' on your DVD will include the regular sound from the day, the Highlight Montage is generally a music-over segment of film, lasting between 6-15 minutes depending on your package.

Many videographers only include the Highlight reel on the finished DVD. The drawback to that is that you will not hear all your toasts, see your ceremony in full, or hear the crowd's reaction to your first dance.

With Timothy Bakland Videography, you will get the best of both worlds: your Highlights Montage will give you an artist's rendering of the emotions and aesthetic of your day, encapsulated into a shorter, viewable time; but you'll also have your running footage included in other chapters on your final DVD so you can go back and watch the footage as it happened.
